Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by the Triball team to answer common privacy questions about Triball™. It is not a certification or independent audit. Last updated July 5, 2026.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, avatar, and the club(s) you follow.
- Content you post: club news, comments, watch-party details, live-chat messages, reactions.
- Approximate location: only if you opt in to appear on the Supporters Map.
- Basic device and log data required to operate the service.
How we use it
To run Triball: sign you in, show your club feed, deliver watch-party and match-day chat, place you on the Supporters Map when you opt in, and keep the platform secure. We don't sell your personal data.
Who else processes your data
Triball runs on our hosting and backend providers (auth, database, storage, and edge compute). These vendors process data on our behalf under their own security controls. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Your controls
- Edit your profile, avatar, and club at any time.
- Opt out of the Supporters Map by clearing your location on your profile.
- Delete individual messages you post from live match chat.
- Request account deletion via in-app support.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile is removed and your posts are either deleted or anonymized in threads where removal would break context.
Children
Triball is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). Please don't use Triball if you're below that age.
