1. Welcome to Triball

Triball is a platform for football supporters to create online clubs, organize watch parties, chat during matches, and connect with fellow fans. By creating an account or using Triball, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Triball.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the posts, comments, images, and other content you submit. By posting on Triball you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform so we can operate the service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes others' rights. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or misuse other supporters' data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Trademarks

"Triball", the Triball crest, and "Build your Football Tribe" are trademarks of the Triball owner. Club names, crests, and marks of real-world football clubs referenced by supporters remain the property of their respective owners; use on Triball is by supporters, for supporters.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Triball is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triball and its owner are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as Triball evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
